Curriculum Updates

Thank you for helping us improve the HIPPY US curriculum. The feedback forms are designed to help identify and correct any errors in the curriculum to ensure the materials are clear, accurate, and effective. Please follow the guidelines below when completing and submitting the forms to help us make the necessary corrections.

Purpose of the Feedback Forms: The primary goal of these feedback forms is to identify and correct errors in the curriculum. This includes:

• Typos or grammatical mistakes
• Incorrect or unclear instructions
• Missing or incorrect information

Available Feedback Forms: There are three separate feedback forms, each designed for a specific part of the curriculum:

• Little Learners Feedback Form – For the Little Learners Curriculum, English and Spanish
• Years 1 and 2 Feedback Form – For the Years 1 and 2 Curriculum, English and Spanish
• Year 3 Feedback Form – For the Year 3 Curriculum, English and Spanish

The forms are available online and can be accessed using the provided links above. Complete the form directly through the online platform. If you experience any issues accessing or submitting the form, please utilize the HIPPY US support form for assistance.

When to Complete the Forms:

• Complete the appropriate form as soon as you notice an error while using the curriculum.
• If you identify multiple errors, please list each one clearly in the form.
• The forms can be submitted at any time during the program year.

How to Report Errors: When reporting an error, please be as specific as possible by including the following details:

• Page number or activity number where the error appears
• A clear description of the error (e.g., incorrect wording, missing steps)
• Suggested correction, if applicable

Example:
Page 12, Activity 3 – The instructions say “circle the square,” but the shape shown is a triangle. Suggested correction: Change “square” to “triangle.”

Follow-Up

• After submitting the form, the curriculum development team will review and verify the reported errors.
• You may be contacted for clarification if needed.
• Once the corrections have been made, an updated version of the curriculum will be shared with all programs.

Situation: In September, HIPPY US was notified that the Little Learners Curriculum Booklet contains a QR code that directs parents to an empty landing page on the HIPPY US website.

Solution: HIPPY International is creating a Parent Resource Page that will feature professionally recorded songs for all Age 4, Year 2 materials. Each song will be available with and without lyrics to make sing-alongs even easier for families. 🎶

There will also be extra activities for parents to complete with their children, making learning together even more fun and engaging!
