Annual Report 2023-2024
Reminder to all HIPPY US sites: the annual report is due by September 30. Please ensure your reports are submitted on time using the blank annual report template and refer to the guidance on how to submit if needed. This guidance is only applicable to independent sites. If your site is under a state office, please follow the instructions provided by your state office for report submission.
